Delivery

As we prepare for Valentine's Day, we want to share some friendly reminders to ensure a smooth delivery experience for your lovely flowers –

  1. Card Messages
    Please double-check your card message before submitting your order.
    We are not responsible for spelling or grammar errors provided by the customer.

  2. Apartment & Gated Access: If your delivery location is an apartment, gated community, or secured building, please provide all necessary access details (gate codes, unit numbers, call boxes) at checkout.
    We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect access information.

  3. Delivery Window: Valentine’s Day deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
    Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  4. Unattended Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable, flowers will be left in a safe location at the delivery address whenever possible.
    Once a delivery is completed, we are not responsible for damage due to weather, theft, or other circumstances.Reattempted deliveries or rescheduled deliveries will incur an additional fee and may be moved to the next available delivery date.

  5. No Refunds / Order Changes: All Valentine’s Day orders are final sale.
    Refunds are not available due to the high volume and perishable nature of floral products.
    Order changes may be accommodated if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date, subject to availability.

  • We recommend placing your order as early as possible. Valentine’s Day quantities are limited, and popular designs may sell out quickly.

  • Same-day orders may be available in limited quantities on February 14th, while supplies last. We recommend ordering in advance to guarantee availability.

  • For Valentine’s Day orders, custom requests are limited. For specific colors or design, please place an order in week advance. However, specific flowers cannot be guaranteed.

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed on Valentine’s Day. All deliveries will be completed within the delivery window which is between 9:00AM - 4:00PM

  • If the recipient is unavailable, flowers will be left in a safe location when possible. We are not responsible for damage due to weather or theft once the delivery is completed.

  • Due to the high volume of Valentine’s Day orders, all sales are final. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
