Delivery

As we prepare for Valentine's Day at Leafy Floral Design, we want to share some friendly reminders to ensure a smooth delivery experience for your lovely flowers –

  1. Order Early: Secure availability and timely delivery by placing your orders as soon as possible!

  2. Apartment Access: Please provide gate codes or access details during checkout if delivering to an apartment.

  3. No Refunds: We can't offer refunds for Valentine's Day orders, but we can accommodate changes if notified 24 hours before delivery.

  4. Delivery Time: Our Valentine's Day delivery window is 9 AM to 4 PM. Specific delivery times can't be guaranteed.

  5. Unattended Deliveries: If no one is home, we'll leave the delivery by the door. Please note, reattempted deliveries moved to the next day will incur a charge.
