Delivery

As we prepare for Mother's Day, we want to share some friendly reminders to ensure a smooth delivery experience for your lovely flowers.

Card Messages

Please double-check your card message before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for spelling or grammar errors provided by the customer.

Apartment & Gated Access

If your delivery location is an apartment, gated community, or secured building, please provide all necessary access details (gate codes, unit numbers, call boxes) at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect access information.

Delivery Window

Mother's Day deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Unattended Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers will be left in a safe location at the delivery address whenever possible.
Once a delivery is completed, we are not responsible for damage due to weather, theft, or other circumstances. Reattempted deliveries or rescheduled deliveries will incur an additional fee and may be moved to the next available delivery date.

No Refunds / Order Changes

All Mother's Day orders are final sale.
Refunds are not available due to the high volume and perishable nature of floral products.
Order changes may be accommodated if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date, subject to availability.
